Third-Party Services Disclosure
How external platforms and providers may be used in Herry Infotech projects and products.
1. Common third parties
Projects may use hosting providers, domain registrars, app stores, analytics, email, messaging, payment, advertising, survey, maps, security and other external services.
2. Separate terms
The client or product user may also be subject to the provider’s own terms, pricing, privacy practices, account rules and approval process.
3. Availability and approval
Herry Infotech can support technical setup but cannot guarantee that a third party will approve, continue or maintain an account, feature, API or commercial arrangement.
4. Account ownership
Where practical, third-party accounts should be created and controlled by the client or product owner. Credentials must be shared only through an agreed secure method.
5. Changes
External SDKs, policies and APIs change. Updates required because of those changes may need separate maintenance work unless already covered by an active support agreement.
